When you're on the fence. Take it!
I originally ordered this dryer to dry fruit and veg before cooking and whilst it worked as expected I also found another use for it as a dish dryer. We have a long deep stainless steel sink in our kitchen (no double sinks) and this has been a nice addition when it comes to drying small items. I also like that it folds neatly so it can be stored alongside our plastic cutting boards. It doesn't get moldy either. worth your money.
