Repostak is very user friendly. You can easily navigate the software and the reps can easily use it to submit claims. You can't submit an invoice that is not available in the system. You can't create a contract with a customer without being able to submit claims. If a customer is missing from the system, there is no way to create a new contract. I would highly recommend using Repostak if you are in a foodservice or grocery environment. It is very easy to navigate and easy to use. It helps us to have all of our contracts and invoices in one place. It also helps us to create new contracts and submit claims. We use it to help us to meet regulatory requirements, which helps us to reduce risk.
