High quality pens, easy to use, smooth lines. Great for the price! I have two issues with it, #1 - size 04 which came boxed, arrived broken and didn't work properly, the side was scratched and dried out. However, there are so many sizes that it does not matter and it is enough just not to use it on a pen. Not a big loss. If it was the largest or smallest size I would definitely go back, but I don't use medium sizes that often in my work. #2 - Sizes don't have much variety. It's not so much the size of the tip that matters, but how heavy or light your drawing will be with it. You can make thin or thick lines with either pen, which is cool in theory, but I wish the smaller sizes weren't so thick (making thicker lines than I'd like using normal pressure) and that any size a little would have more variety. It seems that the size matters less the tip than the length of the felt on the brush, if that makes sense. Sizes 01-04 are pretty much identical. I really like the biggest pen, wish the color was a little firmer and harder to read (you need to use multiple layers to get a solid black on paper). 005 pen. I wish it was a size smaller than this, it looks more like an 01 to me. Because we applied very light, thin pressure, I was able (inconsistently) to get the finer lines I was aiming for. Overall, I really enjoy using them and feel that they are of decent quality. They're a bit difficult to control due to tip size and pressure issues, but I know what I'm doing with them. It will be difficult for a beginner to get used to. I am a professional artist and they suit my current needs. I probably won't be buying this particular set again, but from a brand perspective I can look for similar sets if they come in different size ranges or custom sizes.
