Review on OtterBox Commuter Series Case for iPhone XS & iPhone X - 5.8 inches - Frustration-Free Packaging - Black by Katie Richards

To be honest, this isn't the best Otterbox. The rubber gasket on the top edges of the phone doesn't fit very well, there is a noticeable gap between the edge of the phone and the gasket. I have Commuters on several of my iPhones and the build quality is quite noticeable between them. With a touch of your finger, the pad comes off due to the fit. My latest iPhone X had a cracked screen as the gasket had buckled enough on impact to allow the edge of the phone to hit the surface (despite a screen protector like I do with almost all of my iPhones). To show you what I mean I made a video showing how my X, XR, 11, 6 Plus and SE fit, all with Commuter and all with screen protector except 6 Plus. Commuter for X was by far the worst of them all. I've trusted Otterbox Commuter for all my phones, from 6 to 11 to Galaxy S8, but it looks like I'm using a completely different brand, at least for the iPhone X.
