Very elastic and soft material. I usually wear a medium to large top due to my broad shoulders, I have this in a medium size and it fits perfectly with plenty of room to stretch. I washed it with normal clothes, everything is fine so far. I like thongs for bottoms (between a perky and a thong) but I didn't like that they didn't stay on my shoulders very well, tended to fall off my shoulders, but I was fine with that.
