Third dog care product and I am a satisfied customer again. We lost the controller and I still needed a new one. The product is very durable, easy to use and makes learning much easier! I have a German Shepherd mix from a shelter and he sounds scarier than he really is. He growls at people who come into the house and might attack a dog in the park and tell her he's the boss. He hasn't hurt anyone and is more in control of his behavior but the main reason for that is the Dog Care product. He immediately understands when he wears a collar that I am in control and 99% better behaved. I love this collar and the bark collar I have and have recommended it to many people at the park.
