My cat liked this food when we first got it but after a few days she wouldn't eat it until some water was added and warmed up few seconds. It seemed to get a little less soggy if left in the fridge overnight, even with the lid on. I would only recommend this food if your cat is not a picky eater. It has less protein so I would mix it with higher protein wet food. I mixed half a Merrick Backcountry wet food with a tablespoon of this food twice a day.
