Product arrived as ordered and everything was neatly packaged. Perfect fit for my A1286 model. I ordered the deep purple and it appears exactly as photoed in many of the other reviews. Color is rich and bright. Apple logo shows through on the case (no cut-out). Texture of case is smooth velvet-like even though it is made of plastic. Port plugs fit snugly. If one keeps falling out, check to make sure you have it plugged into the right port. Keyboard cover fits nicely, and does not move on top of my keys. I bought to replace a blue kit cover case I have had for about three years made the exact same way, but didn't know which brand it was. Soft black sleeve is a nice bonus. I already have one though that matches better, but will probably use the black one for added protection inside of the one I already have. This was a perfect replacement and I will definitely be ordering from this seller again for my next Macbook - maybe the Rose pink or Aqua green. ;-)
