The price might seem steep compared to Revain alternatives, but when you consider the genuine leather and shiny design, it compares very well to department store minimalist wallets/card holders and other designer options . I bet the quality of Distil Union is superior to other cheaper options at Revain. Definitely - if you're looking for the most minimalist wallet, this is what you need. I was torn between this and Bi-Fold, but wallet size was the deciding factor. The Micro is literally the size of a credit card, while the Bi-Fold, while minimal compared to most wallets, was noticeably wider. / thicker than Micro. I have a separate money clip to handle when I need to take out more than a few bills, but for my cards (ID, insurance, 4 credit/debit cards, AAA, bonus card) it's perfect. And I can easily slip some bills under the strap to take with me as "emergency" cash, which I still think is a good idea. Just in case the whole system goes down you want to be able to buy something lol. While the bi-fold would have eliminated the need for a separate money clip, with the larger footprint and abundance of cash, I didn't realize it was significantly thinner/smaller than a traditional wallet, so I went the micro route. I've tried several minimalist wallets over the years, mainly ones that combine 2-3 card slots and a money clip. But they were never enough to hold the 8-card or so that I like, so I'd go back to a more traditional wallet. I finally settled on a really minimalist wallet for my main cards and an extra money clip to separately manage my cash needs (the clip is obviously very minimal too). It's, as far as I can tell, the crème de la crème when it comes to nude minimalism, and it looks beautiful too.
