They do charge quite high amounts but it's worth paying because we get all kinds of benefits from this service such as uptime guarantees (99%+), free site transfers between hosts so there are zero down payments needed if you switch providers without notice and much more.

None really though since everything works just fine :) We use them mainly cause most things can be done directly through email while others require signing up via forms online where sometimes one has problems entering information correctly even after trying multiple times.
