
I've wanted to make low carb candy bars with Lily chocolate chips and they're perfect! I melt a packet of chocolate chips with two teaspoons of coconut oil, then add one teaspoon of vanilla plus two ounces of pecans. After 45 minutes in the freezer they are done and so delicious. I get four large candy bars from this recipe using these molds. They do not need to be oiled and are very easy to clean. Good product!
