I love this cord. I use it for both macrame and weaving. The color I received was exactly as shown. It's snug enough to hold together and not unravel when you work with it, yet soft enough not to hurt when you run your fingers a long way. If you comb it, it will open up and you will get bangs. It forms a nice tight knot or weave that will hold its shape. There is no smell in my hands, the color does not fade. I have no complaints, good product.
