I wanted to use Docker for home use so I can use it for pastry projects from time to time. I didn't pay attention to the description of the size, so I got a huge docker. I have worked as a pastry chef for several years, so I understand that this is a very well made product. It's just too much for a home cook. Ideal for professional kitchens.
