I first got this as another USB hub replacement for SlingStudio. So far I haven't been able to find one that can replace the SlingStudio USB-C hub. but to this one I can say YES, with a few caveats. SD card slots and Ethernet cannot be used for Sling. Otherwise, each port works fine for its intended purpose. This is used with tablets and computers with a USB-C port, so using it with a regular computer or tablet will provide excellent and fast transfer speeds. I used it with an SSD hard drive and was very impressed with the speed of my tablet.
