Review on Plastic Clothespins Dark Light White by Cheryl Wilson

I bought these clothespins in a shop about 7 years ago. I was very happy with how durable they are - strong spring and thick plastic. I was living in the country at the time and there were two types of clothespins - they weren't much more expensive and they looked better to me. This year my clothespins started breaking. No problem, I just ran into the store to buy some more. BUT, they weren't! So I bought the cheaper ones - they weren't even close to this quality. They started breaking right away and didn't hold up well either - individually or in groups. I would hang the blanket with 4 pins - now I used 8-10. I was so disappointed. 🙁 I think they only exist in more rural communities or they are no longer made. So disappointed. 😓 Well, my mum is a Kiwi (Yeah Kiwi! 🇳🇿), so there's nothing to say - we use our clothespins about every other day. They stay on track all year round. We are in Northern California so the weather is mostly temperate - night frosts can last a dozen nights, rain for 30-60 days and maybe a dozen days over 100 degrees Fahrenheit per year. So I started looking for new clothespins. But I didn't want to pay an exorbitant price, especially when I wasn't sure how good they would be. Then one day I was trying to find clothespins on Revain and what did I find!?! My good old trusty pens! OH JOY! 😃But afraid it might be a cheaper version, I only ordered one pack. Woo woo woo! 🎉🎊🎈 They are the best! So excited! 😜So I've now ordered two more sets to replace if they break. I definitely recommend them. In the store I probably paid about 10 cents for a pin - at Revain it came out about 25 cents for a pin. I think it's a damn good price for 7 years of almost daily use. 🤑 It's still a lot cheaper than running the dryer all day. I'll buy them while I can find them. Happy hanging! 😜😃🇳🇿
