Update: 12/16 - After I posted the rating below the company reached out to me offering a full refund. It was a welcome surprise. I changed my star rating from 1 to 2 because of the customer service. Too bad the punching bag did not last longer.My son was so excited to get this for his birthday. We added the water and inflated it almost immediately. Unfortunately less than 2 hours later it had an inch wide tear in the top. We are all very unhappy about it. This product is way too expensive to rip with virtually no play time. Disappointed cannot describe how my son feels.
