[Minus Star #1] - One of the cyan (blue) cartridges stopped working a day or two after installation. The other works. So not really in the grass. But I didn't get what I paid for. [Minus Star #2] - The seller does not provide direct contact information, making it difficult for us, the buyers, to pragmatically warn them and give them the opportunity to rectify this. before you write a bad review. "Product support" is offered, but it's a phone call. What a problem. I'd really rather write a quick message and have them get back to me. [Minus Star #3] - All cartridges seem to run out of ink faster than usual. They seem to be pumping out a lot more ink than usual because the paper always looks thick and clumpy and the cartridges run out earlier than usual.———————/———————**Original REVIEW**HP cartridges kept giving error codes. Replaced by these, no error codes were displayed. The irony is that HP is such a cracker when it comes to consumables, especially printer inks.
