My daughter's review: They are very light and the upper part of the shoe is soft. However, polyester fabric is not very breathable, causing the part of your foot that comes in contact with the fabric to sweat quickly. The main problem with these sandals is that the surface of the insole is covered with small, irregularly shaped bumps that are annoying even on short walks. (See photo). Not sure what purpose these bulges serve and really want the insole to be smooth. The entire bottom of the shoe feels cheap and plasticky and that's why these sandals aren't worth the $50+ price tag. By the way, they had a label that said 'genuine leather', which is odd as it's polyester with some kind of plastic sole they call 'synthetic rubber' and none of them are leather or faux leather. sporty look and maybe usable as water shoes, but I don't recommend them for leisurely walks or city strolls.
