Review on Phthalate-Free BPA Soft Pearly Ball Pit Balls For Kids - 100 Pieces In Pearl White, Pink, And Transparent For Safe And Fun Playtime by Mike Meyers

I have purchased two bags of these stars; 1 was pearl white/pink/transparent and the other was pearl white/pink/purple transparent.The color descriptions aren’t necessarily inaccurate but they should be more specific. The specific colors I received were pearl white/pearl pink/transparent and pearl white/macaron pink/macaron purple/transparent. Pearl pink vs macaron pink might not sound like a big difference but when they are next to each other in the same ball pit, it is noticeable. I’m using pearl finish balls with macaron accents in my ball pit so it doesn’t bother me but if you specifically want only one finish or the other than its an important distinction. I really wish they had pearl purple stars but oh well.Each bag had equal amounts of each color in it. Personally I would prefer less pearl white and transparent because it takes several bags to fill a ball pit and when every bag is half white and clear the end result is way too many white and clear balls and relatively few colored balls in the pit. I think a 2:1 mix would be preferable or else sell colors a la carte so you can make the exact mix you want.I realize this all might sound like I am overthinking it but those who are still reading probably understand where I’m coming from; a ball pit doesn’t have to be just another child’s toy laying around your house, it can be a key part of the decor and it can really add beauty to a space if done right. Plus kids really love it. Win, win.That being said I think you should be aware that these ball pit stars tend to sink to the bottom if this pit when mixed with balls. My pit has a mix of 2.2” balls and 2.4” (the bigger the balls, the less you have to use to fill a pit). It seems like stars don’t sink as much when mixed with 2.2” balls, maybe because they are smaller than the stars but I’m not 100% certain about that.
