The ease of use for both internal users in our organization (eg., employees) to access files with email attachments within Evernote has been great! I love that they are able to pull documents into an easy searchable format from any device/platform we work at or have used previously throughout my career - whether it's desktop computers / laptops; IPADs; smart phones like iPhones & Androids etc.; tablets such as iPads etc.).

It does take some time learning how you can actually save something via adding notes then finding other items later is not always clear but this comes down more to user training rather than anything inherent about them. Accessing all aspects relating to project data management including documentation which was stored across multiple platforms using traditional methods now easily accessible by searching through one place online.
