What a great little bike! I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived and how easy it was to get ready for work. And unlike something a kid bought as a set from the store, I know for sure I've put all the screws in the right places and tightened them well, so peace of mind. And I can see that the company has a support number on the front and center of the box, which gives me peace of mind that if I have any issues, they will respond.
