Ok if you just want to use them for your phone

Due to this corona virus I am taking all my classes online and wanted something to be easy on my eyes. Well a few days later I received my order for these glasses and I couldn't see anything! It wasn't until my face was inches from my computer screen (and phone screen) that I could see anything. If I want to protect my eyes from overstrain, I don't need glasses that strain every time.
