I use this to flush a mixture of 3M and carbon media in an 8x44 tank every other day. It lifts the medium in the tank really well. I bought a second one because the price and quality was so good. The second I will use on my citation resin once I've saved up enough to install the Tannex resin. This can be too strong for Tannex resin, so I use my weaker valve for that.
