The ease of use, flexibility to create courses with multiple learning paths (linear or non-lineal), ability for instructors to add their own content easily without having any programming knowledge - it's all there! There are some minor glitches here & now that I'm using them more frequently as an instructor they're getting fixed quickly though so no issues at this time from my side :) We've been able to train our students in different ways depending upon what we feel will help us achieve specific training goals faster than traditional methods would allow through classroom instruction alone. It has also allowed me to start providing hands-on experience which was something lacking previously when teaching classes live only via video conferencing/webex etc., allowing student interaction during class itself while still being remote can be very beneficial too if you have enough bandwidth available since most internet connections these days don't.
