This clock only lasted a year. I thought I would have this for a long time as I really liked the way it looked. So now I'm back to the half price watch from Timex.Update. I kept the box the watch came in and found the warranty. I have commissioned the companies and contacted them via email. The answer came the same day, probably within an hour. I sent the watch back and got a new watch and the answer is they can't fix it and here is the new watch. This happened within a week. I have nothing but good things to say about the Gotham Watch Company. Exemplary!
