I only made one set in about 20 minutes (30 recommended) and I've already noticed a huge difference! Thank God. I've been using clay/charcoal whitening toothpowder along with my regular whitening toothpaste and I noticed a slight difference after a week or two, but I wanted visibly whiter teeth despite all the coffee I'm drinking to stay awake and mommy! And it was successful. So happy with my purchase! They didn't hurt my sensitive teeth except for one tooth that showed roots due to receding gum line.
