The ability for my team members who are remote, in different time zones across Australia/NZ etc., access all of our data at any given point is very valuable. I would like more options around how we view reports - it's not always what you expect! We have been able solve some business problems with clear pivot but there may be others where another tool has come along which provides similar functionality so this could change over time? Look hard before deciding because its an investment decision too! Accessing historical information about client accounts from multiple locations; being able to search through these easily without having to download them individually or upload via FTP each month (we used Filemaker previously).
