Review on 13-Inch-by-9 Chicago Metallic Professional 🍗 Roast Pan with Non-Stick Rack in Gray by Andrew Grimes

I read many reviews before purchasing this frying pan for Thanksgiving. The price was right for what was most likely used once a year. I had no warping issues or any other complaints seen in the reviews. This is a brazier, not a brazier. So I wouldn't expect to be able to put it under a brazier and it survive, but it's thin. Cleaning was very easy except for the right corners. If the "folds" at the corners were slightly rounded, cleaning would be very easy. A little padded elbow work did the trick. As far as water getting into the pursed lips, I had no problems with debris. I wiped off the solid waste with a paper towel before putting it in the sink.
