When connecting the controller to the computer the driver failed to install and the damn thing didn't work. So this controller is NOT plug and play. The controller has a hardware switch and is properly set to the Xbox 360/PC right position instead of the Xbox One left position. After hours of searching for a driver I think I found it on Softpedia. Hori's own website does NOT offer any driver downloads! abominable. Even after opening Device Manager and trying to manually install the driver, it simply refused to install and still didn't work. I opened a chat online with Revain support and in the end they couldn't figure it out either, but I give them credit for going the extra mile. I ended up sending this piece of junk back for a refund. Waste of time, waste of money, don't buy. For reference, other controllers on my PC work fine including the 4-port GameCube controller adapter, regular Xbox 360 controllers, the 8bitdo SF30 (although the dpad is terrible), and even the iBuffalo SNES gamepad. None of my other controllers were connected when I tried to use this one. Note: I'm looking for a compact Windows 7 PC compatible controller with an accurate D-Pad that doesn't give me accidental diagonal inputs. I thought this one might be accurate but it doesn't work at all so I didn't get a chance to test it. I don't think I will ever buy from Hori again.
