I like how you can customize it for your own needs, but also that they have very helpful customer service if needed in real time! The only thing i would say about this program was their pricing structure with some of these things could be more affordable depending where we are located geographically or what type/size facility our organization has (smaller). We use FSP mainly as an inventory control tool so its great because everything from employee training through cleaning procedures gets logged here easily which helps keep track when issues come up during inspections by OSHA etc -.
