MY MUST LIST: (1) LARGE, (2) clear plastic compartments with zippers, (3) metal hangers, (4) durable canvas webbing that won't sag, spill and spill, (5 ) elastic loops for brushes etc. These were my goals to replace my 20 year old hanging cosmetic bag that I use daily and also for travel. I've spent many hours searching and reading reviews. This cosmetic bag from B&C has everything you need except for elastic loops. If they were available it would definitely get above 5 stars as it is so well made. The outside pocket is convenient for storing medicine, wet medicine or a comb that you might want to recover when traveling without having to open the whole bag. There are a few things I would suggest if it were changed. (1) The hook must be larger so that you can attach the shower and closet rod to it. (2) expandable clear plastic pockets in place of one of the compartments to keep jars and tubes upright and separate (3) the pocket can be a few inches longer to accommodate a curling iron or straightener as hotels have hair dryers but no curling irons or flat irons .
