I knew it was a dice roll ordering a return from stock

Arrived with 1 water filter destroyed, top on one end. It turned out that carbon is used as a filter material. Used in a Watts WH-LD filter housing. The correct length is 9 7/8 inches, but I don't think I'll be ordering more of these.
