Kinda Drying: Balms & Moisturizers
I usually apply a base line to my lips daily. I thought it would be a great solution, but it's not that great. When applied to the lips, it is almost dry to the touch, has little smell, no taste and little to no pigment. I personally love making my lips look fuller and shiny. I had to apply it for a good minute to get the results I wanted, but it still felt dry. Not sure why as it has great ingredients.
