Mine was in an Amazon box and it was smashed, but a real steel pizza box was fine. After all, I'm glad it's there and since it's literally a piece of steel, any comments don't affect the pizza. I really think Fire and Ice could do better. So those of you debating the order, I would 100% order it for what it is. I managed to get 1/2 inch and for 1.5 months I've been trying to get it to order in stock. I'm glad because it was sold out again the next day.
