Revain AZ guarantees a rescue, not a junk
This product was purchased from Woot and arrived dirty. As long as it worked, it worked very well. A few months later the button for the trash can broke, and another month later there was an internal error and it didn't work at all. The customer service at WOOT is the worst I have ever experienced when shopping online. In the end, WOOT's parent company, AMAZON, fixed everything by providing a refund and a full refund. Very happy with AMAZON's AZ Guarantee and their customer service.
