Review on 🖤 VViViD Chrome Black Vinyl Overlay Wrap Black-Out Strips 2 Inch x 20ft Roll DIY - Satin Matte Black Edition by Kevin Mitchell

I ordered two rolls of 2" x 25ft 3M 1080 from Gold Label Detailing to remove chrome from my Tesla Model 3 but they never came (apparently lost in USPS country) so I order a roll of this and it arrived quickly. I also ordered a 5ft x 1ft roll of the previous 3M 1080 for the triangular curve on the rear doors as I didn't want a seam line. I immediately noticed that 3M vinyl tape was not much stiffer than 3M and unlike smooth 3M had little texture. I've tried cutting this product with 3M knifeless tape but the stiffer vinyl didn't cut very much. I've also noticed that if you aren't careful and heat this material it breaks quite easily if you try to bending it into a curve, too much stress. Luckily, most of Tesla's chrome-plated Ki's are pretty flat. Overall this is a decent product. but I just had to reorder a couple of 3M 1080 rolls. Still have to do my mirror stems even though Plasti can dip them.
