These yoga pants work well for my daily walk. They are comfortable and fit well. Pockets are my number one priority, and these pockets on the side of my thighs are perfect for holding my phone. The pants do have a wide waistband, but there is a thin band of elastic at the top of that band. It is less comfortable than an actual wide elastic band would be, but not bothersome either. The pants are a little long for me, but that is to be expected as I generally buy petite sizes. It’s easy to just turn the hem under and then they fit just fine. I find these leggings flattering and a good alternative to the expensive leggings I usually buy.
