Best Brush I've Yet Had, Bar None

I have around 3 feet of thick hair that's traditionally been tangle-prone. I've broken brushes before during brushing, when my hair was even thicker in my teenage years. I'm used to brushes losing bristles quickly and getting caught painfully. I'm also used to brushes tearing through tangles, even when I'm trying to be gentle and using oil. Brushing has been a chore that's led to more split ends than I've wanted. Since I grew up poor, I tend to buy cheap drugstore brushes that are less than 5 bucks, and I suppose I've gotten what I've paid for.But not this brush! From day one, the BESTOOL has smoothly gone through my locks. I don't have to divide my hair into sections to avoid painful pulling; this brush just hasn't gotten caught. It doesn't tear through tangles, either. Between not brushing wet hair, using oil on the length, using an apple cider vinegar rinse, and using this brush, my hair is now the least tangly it's ever been, and that IS saying something. For the first week, I made sure not to change anything about my routine, and the brush worked so well! Since I trim split ends myself, I've noticed fewer of them since I started using this brush. I'm glad I paid more than I tend to. I don't drag my feet when it comes time to brush my hair now.The brush came with a small, cute bag to put it in, as well as a black comb and a small rake utensil to help with cleaning. I have to say that even cleaning the brushes in our house has gotten easier thanks to the little rake accessory. I'm going to buy some more brushes soon to make sure I always have one available. I can't recommend it enough!

Pros
  • Nylon bristles help detangle stubborn knots without pulling or causing damage
Cons
  • Can cause hair to become too soft and limp
