Review on 💇 Wahl Professional Beret 8841: Ultra Quiet Trimmer for Barbers & Stylists by Mary Gilbert

I've had one for several months it worked fine but one fine morning it wouldn't start. I made sure I had enough charge and plugged in the power cord just in case. A few days later it started working out of the blue, worked for a week or two and then same problem again. We're not sure what's going on and for the price we're paying for these products, all we expect is reliability and the ability to use them when we need them. When I ask for warranty service they also say I have to ship it at my own expense and also include a prepaid shipping label. For real? I am unable to call customer service due to a recent stay at home order and will likely call customer service once they get back to work and see what happens. UPDATE: no response and I had to throw the trimmer away and buy a new one. .
