They have been very helpful in terms of scheduling my appointments! I like being able to make them online or text if needed as well instead of calling every time which is nice because it saves me money haha!! Sometimes they are late showing up but not always so don't give into that feeling. We love how fast our service has gotten better since we started using their app/website. ! You can also pay through your account without having cash out from an ATM machine when you need some extra help during low times.
