No problems with packaging or delivery time. First impression: great product; the instruments are in a very nice case and the elastic straps keep the individual instruments in order. However, on my first attempt to use the tools, I found that the plastic tools are very flexible and flex so much that I can't move until the plastic clips hold the truck's fairing in place. Use one of two metal tools to pry the brackets out. . Realize that plastic tools shouldn't ruin or damage the interior and trim, but if they bend and can't remove the latches, then I have a nice tool case full of tools.
