I use this cream on my husband's hands and arms because his skin has become paper thin from the steroids he has been taking for asthma his whole life . If he hits something with his hand, he has terrible tears on his skin. I bought this cream hoping it would improve his skin and I'm amazed at the difference after using it for less than a month.
