I bought them for myself for a change, because. there are 2 pairs of dark (by sound) headphones, and we needed light and more even ones. They also need modding in order to nail the hump on the treble and get used to such a sound for some time. In general, the purchase is satisfied. Different pros: 1. Incredible detail 2. Smoothest frequency response in the LF-MF region 3. Comfort for long wear 4. Wide stage thanks to the OPEN design (yes, it's actually open, not semi-open) 5. Workmanship Cons: 1. The band is closed in the middle of the HF by 10-12 (!) dB. 2. Non-removable, long, heavy cable in the winding (for someone it may be a plus) 3. Strong pressure on the head with cups (Need to unbend the headband) 4. Speakers from this series break very often (770/880/990), so they require a very careful attitude. THEM SHOULD NOT BE DISAPPEARED IN ANY EVENT! 5. Lack of any noise isolation (which is forgivable when working in silence)
