This controller looks and feels good (for the most part) and I've had no problems connecting it to my system. The triggers are fine, but the A/B/X/Y buttons are loud, sticky, and require you to press them further than usual to activate them. I can forgive the above, but the real problem lies with the analog sticks. They are completely useless. The poles feel very good physically and move smoothly the whole time. However, the input deadzone is HUGE, so much so that moving the stick 50% in any direction doesn't even register as input. The next 10% move at slow speed and the last 40% at maximum speed. It cannot be used in games (especially first-person shooters) because precise movement is not possible in the actual gameplay. Hope that describes the problem well. I don't think this is a one time bug as other reviewers have mentioned the same issues. It seems many of the five star reviewers are either inexperienced, hypocritical, or bought this controller as a gift. If this is a defect, I would like to try a new controller. But now I will refund the money and pick up the official (used) controller at my local game store for the same price.
