I like that eCometic is easy to use, it's very intuitive!The platform offers so many different views for our customers - this helps us easily identify trends across all of our business units. The dashboard view allows me to see at-a-glance what we need to fix in order to improve sustainability performance. We can also set up alerts to be notified when specific KPIs are not being met or exceeded.I dislike that sometimes there isn't enough detail in some reports (especially quarterly ones).
