It's soft but not well made.
The scarf is cute and soft, but the loop through function doesn't work well. The ball at the end is bigger than the loop it has to go through. I use it open as a normal scarf, but it's very short and not suitable for that either. Unfortunately my 3 year old daughter has been waiting for her scarf for a very long time and didn't want to return it.
- MATERIAL: The cute neck cape is made of thick flannel plush. Plush comfortable and soft, easy to wear. Keep your neck warm in cold winter.
