In spite of the fact that KNOBWELL is widely recognized as a reliable brand in the building materials and hardware sectors of the economy, my most recent encounter with the company's online store was incredibly underwhelming. My expectations were not met by KNOBWELL in any aspect, including the quality of their products and their assistance to customers. To begin, the quality of the things that were sent to me was below average. After a couple of weeks of using the doorknobs I bought, I noticed that they were beginning to exhibit indications of wear and tear. The finish began to flake off, and the locking mechanism became less secure as it did so. When I tried to get in touch with KNOBWELL's customer service team, they did not respond and were not of any assistance. In addition, the interaction with KNOBWELL's customer service was a source of frustration for me. When I eventually got through to a representative after having to wait on hold for a considerable amount of time, the representative was uninterested in assisting me with the problem that I was having. I was forced to wait on hold for a significant amount of time. They did not provide any ideas or other options, so I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed. In conclusion, I am unable to provide anyone else a recommendation for the online store KNOBWELL operates. The unsatisfactory aspects of my experience with them included the low quality of their items and the unresponsiveness of their customer support. Because the reality of KNOBWELL's products and service does not match up to the reputation of the brand as a reliable one, I would recommend seeking elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for home renovation and hardware.
