Biggest waste of money. I don't like bissell crosswave max as written. Order the one sold by bissell and it works great. Don't waste your time and money with this product. One of the ends is also different from the short one so they don't stay in place. So you get lost, but the mop still spins and doesn't hit the ends. The first time I thought it was my fault for not fixing it properly, but then so did the second. So I have more experience with bissells and I can see why they come back where they popped but I just threw them in the trash because I don't have them because I already threw them away and there was no one around me gives save so it's a big pain to send it back.
