I love this juicer and it suits me. I've had it for almost 2 months with regular use. (Then I canceled my order because I found a better price, but I still use this product and love it!) I've seen people having a hard time taking the filters apart so I have a video with made some helpful tips. Also, I found that the end of the fork can be tucked away by hiding under the handle cavity as shown in the photo. People have written mixed reviews about this product but I have already juiced over 100 oranges including more grapefruits, lemons and limes. Everything worked very well. But I think learning from experience the right amount of gentle force needed to push will help. And you have to scrape out the pulp when it tries to overflow after say 8 oranges with the filter fully closed. In any case, there's been a lot of feedback on how this works and doesn't work, so I won't go into detail. You can explore by yourself. But let me tell you, you won't regret it!
