First it arrived after the estimated delivery date which would have been nice if I had been notified (I wasn't). I couldn't use the bag for what I had planned, but something is happening. The bag is just like the picture and it was very cute, but unfortunately because I was able to use it, one of the zippers was broken, the small metal hook was already out of shape. The stitching on the parts where the strap is attached is torn and black stitching is visible along the zipper attached to it. Disappointed but I plan to get it working.
